The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect. It is situated next to a beautiful canal with flowering cherry trees, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. It is also conveniently located right next to the Spittelmarkt U-bahn station, allowing easy access to all parts of the city. Whether you prefer to walk or take the subway, exploring Berlin has never been easier.

The only small issue I encountered was the lack of certain cleaning supplies and kitchen accessories, such as a mop and a tray for drying dishes and cutlery. this is a minor inconvenience and does not detract from the overall positive experience at this apartment.

I had a GREAT stay for holiday, will be back. Breakfast by fresh bread for breakfast. I loved the host. Location was marvellous, a short walk to a subway station, so you can save on transportation.

The New Green Apartments in Berlin are perfect for longer stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook your favorite meals. I loved having a stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. It made me feel right at home!

Personally, I found the hair dryer in the room to be a bit too powerful. But hey, that's just me!

The apartment was centrally located, just around the corner from the subway and a short walk to popular attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and the apartment itself was clean and cozy. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was reliable and there were helpful information leaflets and city maps provided outside the room.

There were a few downsides to note. the Wi-Fi connection was slow and sometimes required frequent reconnections.

I keep coming back to this amazing place in Berlin because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, kettle, cookware, TV, lift. The staff even helped me return forgotten earpods on my first stay. Perfect for my city trips!

During my transit stay in Berlin, I had the pleasure of staying at New Green Apartments. The location of the apartments is unbeatable, as it is conveniently situated just 100 metres from Spittelmarkt and 1 km from S Jannowitzbrucke. This made it extremely easy for me to navigate the city and explore all the attractions I wanted to visit. being only 25 km away from Berlin Brandenburg airport made my travel experience seamless and stress-free.

One minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay at New Green Apartments was the mandatory €25 cleaning charge. However, I can confidently say that this small drawback did not significantly impact my overall experience at the apartments.

The value for money at New Green Apartments was excellent, with cozy and clean rooms that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro station and within walking distance of Museum Island. The host, Juergen, was extremely friendly and flexible, making us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering more variety and options.
